This policy explains what happens to your information when you use myyogaprocess.com, the website for the book My Yoga Process by Frank Calber.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking on this site, so we don’t collect browsing data or build a profile of you.

How the contact form works

The contact form is an embedded widget provided by our lead-management system at admin.quantumencoding.io, hosted on Cloudflare. When you submit the form, your message is sent there so we can read and reply to it. The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not track you.

Why we use your information

We use your details for one purpose only: to read and respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent in sending the message, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Who can see it

Your message is processed by Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and stored in our own admin system. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent, or to stop using it. To make a request, just contact us through the contact page.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare’s global network.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
