The three techniques

My Yoga Process is built on three techniques. Work through them in order — each one prepares you for the next.

  1. 1 The Breath The foundation of the process — breathing so the body can move freely.
  2. 2 Alignment Placing the body so each posture is safe, stable and repeatable.
  3. 3 Flow Linking the postures with the breath into one continuous practice.
